We're honored that you're considering Venus Moon Wellness Boutique as the space to share your gifts, wisdom, and offerings with the community. Whether you're leading a wellness workshop, sacred gathering, yoga class, or transformational event, we're here to support you in creating a meaningful experience in an environment that nurtures healing, growth, and connection.

Hourly Space Rental is $35 per hour, and we ask that you add any time needed for set up, clean up & mingling into your time booked. Most facilitators add 15 minutes before and after their event for smooth transition.
Included in your Rental
This rate includes promotion throughout several of our online platforms to increase visibility and attract participants.
Complimentary Use of Supplies: Yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets. tables and chairs are available to enhance your attendee's experience. require a non- refundable deposit of half of your total amount to hold the time slot for your event to honor the time and value of the space

Workshop Approval & Booking
To maintain the integrity and alignment of our space, all workshops' proposals are subject to review. Please complete the event submission form for consideration. We are currently scheduling 2-4 weeks in advance
We reserve the right for final decisions on all workshops, events or trainings hosted in our space.

Do you have an idea for a workshop but need guidance to bring it to life? We're here to support you! We offer 30-minute consultations for $55 to support our facilitators! Whether you need help with event flow, or creative direction, we will help you craft and create your event to bring it to reality,
Booking & Deposit Policy Deposit required: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total rental fee is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit ensures that your booking is honored and that the space remains available for your event. Cancellations: We understand that pplans change. While you are free to cancel at anytime, events canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time require full payment to respect the commitment to the space.
