Every Now and Zen is a unique Power flow into restorative class. In this extended class we will build heat with a power flow sequence and finish the class with gentle, restorative poses, all while maintaining a focus on breathwork. Not only will you increase stamina and flexibility, while burning calories, you’ll come out of this class feeling refreshed and focused. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis, but will be a bit faster paced than a typical yoga class.
